Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AuraX, including the AuraX dashboard, mobile experience, wellness tools, memberships, virtual coin packs, payment features, and related digital services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, using AuraX, purchasing a membership, buying a coin pack, or accessing any premium feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not create an account, make a purchase, or use the service.

These terms apply to free users, trial users, paid members, and administrators using the AuraX dashboard. Additional checkout terms may be presented by our payment provider at the time of purchase, and those terms also apply to the payment transaction.

2. About AuraX

AuraX provides digital wellness, fitness, productivity, hydration, nutrition, activity, task, dashboard, and aura-analysis features. The service may include profile tools, goal tracking, progress summaries, premium insights, virtual coin balances, membership pages, and other app-based digital experiences.

AuraX is designed to support personal wellness habits and self-reflection. It is not a hospital, clinic, medical provider, insurance provider, emergency service, or substitute for qualified professional advice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be old enough to use online services in your country and to enter into a binding agreement, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.

You are responsible for keeping your password, login session, and device secure. Any activity from your account may be treated as your activity unless you notify us that your account was accessed without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use AuraX only for lawful personal purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, payment systems, or our infrastructure. You agree not to upload harmful content, impersonate another person, abuse support channels, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

You may not bypass payment systems, manipulate membership status, alter coin balances, reverse engineer paid features, scrape private data, attack our APIs, automate abusive requests, probe security controls, or use AuraX in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Health, Fitness, and Wellness Disclaimer

AuraX does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency support, or professional healthcare guidance. Fitness, hydration, nutrition, mood, aura, productivity, and wellness content is general information only.

Consult a qualified healthcare, nutrition, or fitness professional before making health-related decisions, starting a new exercise plan, changing diet, or relying on wellness insights, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, disability, or other health concern.

6. User Content and Personal Inputs

You may enter profile information, wellness logs, tasks, activity details, nutrition notes, or other personal inputs into AuraX. You remain responsible for the information you submit and for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

You should not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, private, or sensitive information about other people without permission. We may remove content or restrict access if we believe it violates these terms or creates risk for AuraX or other users.

7. Memberships and Premium Features

AuraX may offer paid memberships that unlock premium digital features. Membership options, pricing, billing period, renewal terms, taxes, and feature descriptions are shown before checkout is completed. You are responsible for reviewing checkout details before confirming a purchase.

Premium features may include additional analysis, extended usage, enhanced dashboard tools, advanced tracking, premium content, or other digital benefits. We may improve, replace, rename, or adjust features over time while continuing to provide reasonable value for active paid users.

8. Coin Packs and Virtual Items

Coin packs are virtual digital items that can be used only inside AuraX for eligible in-app actions or premium digital experiences. Coins are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, securities, gift cards, or financial instruments.

Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside AuraX, cannot be sold, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited by account status, service availability, or product rules. Used coins are considered consumed digital content.

9. Payments, Billing, Taxes, and Renewal

Payments are processed by our payment provider. AuraX does not store full credit card numbers on its servers. The payment provider may collect billing information, tax information, location data required for tax calculation, fraud-prevention data, and transaction details.

If a subscription renews automatically, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel according to the checkout, account, or payment-provider instructions. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and the checkout flow.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges, partial billing periods, unused premium time, promotional periods, or used digital items.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and the rules of the payment provider or platform that processed the purchase. Digital products may be non-refundable once delivered, activated, or used.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We try to keep AuraX available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location. Maintenance, hosting issues, payment provider issues, network failures, or events outside our control may affect access.

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or modify features, pages, integrations, price plans, supported devices, or technical requirements when needed for product improvement, security, compliance, or business reasons.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk for AuraX or other users, abuses payments or refunds, attempts fraud, disrupts the service, or violates law.

You may stop using AuraX at any time. Some records may be retained as required for billing, security, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

13. Intellectual Property

AuraX, including its design, dashboard, software, logos, content, interfaces, workflows, and related materials, is owned by AuraX or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for personal purposes under these terms.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from AuraX unless we give written permission.

14. Third-Party Services

AuraX may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, email, error monitoring, or other operational needs. These services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we work to choose providers that support the secure and reliable operation of AuraX.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AuraX is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or decisions made based on wellness content.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law. If a jurisdiction does not allow a limitation, the limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the service or another reasonable method.

Continued use of AuraX after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using the service and cancel any active subscription.

17. Feedback and Product Suggestions

If you send ideas, feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or suggestions, you allow AuraX to use them to improve the service without owing compensation or creating an obligation to implement the idea.

We appreciate user feedback, but you should not send confidential information or ideas you do not want us to use in product planning, design, support, marketing, or operations.

18. Disputes and Support First

If you have a concern about billing, account access, premium delivery, coin delivery, or product behavior, contact support first so we can investigate. Many issues can be resolved by checking payment events, account status, or delivery logs.

Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, payment network rules, or mandatory local law.
