Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains what information AuraX collects, how we use it, how payment-related information is handled, how data may be shared with service providers, and how users can contact us about privacy requests.
1. Scope of This Notice
This notice applies to AuraX websites, dashboard pages, app features, account tools, paid memberships, virtual coin packs, support interactions, and related services that link to this notice.
It does not control the privacy practices of third-party services that may process payments, host infrastructure, provide analytics, authenticate users, or operate app platforms. Those providers may also provide their own notices.
2. Information You Provide
We may collect information you provide directly, such as name, email address, username, password authentication data, profile details, preferences, support messages, feedback, and account settings.
If you use wellness or fitness features, you may provide activity, task, hydration, nutrition, goal, mood, aura-analysis, progress, and other personal wellness inputs. You decide what information to enter into the service.
3. Information Collected Automatically
We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, buttons clicked, feature usage, session details, approximate location derived from network information, logs, and error reports.
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, measure usage, improve performance, and troubleshoot problems.
4. Payment and Purchase Information
When you purchase a membership or coin pack, payment information is processed by our payment provider. AuraX does not store full credit card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers.
We may receive limited transaction information such as customer ID, transaction ID, subscription ID, product purchased, price, currency, tax status, payment status, refund status, renewal status, and payment event data. We use this information to activate paid access, deliver coins, provide support, maintain records, and prevent fraud.
5. Wellness and Usage Data
AuraX may process wellness-related entries and usage data to show dashboards, track progress, calculate summaries, personalize insights, power premium features, and help users understand their own patterns over time.
AuraX is not intended to store emergency medical records or highly sensitive medical documents. Users should avoid entering information that they do not want processed as part of a digital wellness product.
6. How We Use Information
We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, operate the dashboard, provide app features, personalize content, calculate progress, activate memberships, deliver coin packs, process support requests, send service notices, and improve AuraX.
We also use information to detect abuse, secure accounts, monitor system health, debug errors, prevent payment fraud, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect AuraX, users, and payment partners.
7. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us run AuraX, including hosting providers, database providers, authentication tools, analytics services, customer support tools, payment processors, email providers, security services, and error monitoring tools.
We may share information if required by law, legal process, tax obligations, fraud investigation, payment disputes, business transfers, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AuraX, users, or others. We do not sell personal information.
8. Legal Bases and User Consent
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide the service, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and with consent where required.
You may withdraw optional consent where applicable, but some processing is necessary to provide account, billing, security, fraud-prevention, or paid product features.
9. Marketing and Service Communications
We may send service messages about account activity, purchases, security, password resets, policy updates, and support responses. These messages are part of operating the service and may be required for account or payment functionality.
If we send optional marketing messages, you may unsubscribe or adjust preferences where available. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop important service, legal, billing, or security messages.
10. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide AuraX, maintain accounts, activate paid benefits, comply with tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and maintain security logs.
Some data may remain in backups or archived logs for a limited time even after deletion from active systems. We may retain transaction and support records where required for legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. These may include authentication controls, encrypted transport, access limits, monitoring, and operational security practices.
No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should keep passwords private, use secure devices, avoid sharing accounts, and notify us if they suspect unauthorized access.
12. International Processing
AuraX and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
When we use global service providers, we use them to operate, secure, and improve a digital service that may be accessed from multiple regions.
13. User Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing. You may contact us to make a request, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Some requests may be limited if information is needed for billing, legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or service operation reasons.
14. Children and Minors
AuraX is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Parents or guardians who believe a minor has created an account without permission may contact support with enough information for us to investigate.
15. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice as AuraX changes or as legal requirements evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice through the dashboard, email, or another reasonable method.
16. Analytics and Product Improvement
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand which features are used, identify performance issues, improve onboarding, prioritize bug fixes, and make the product easier to use. Aggregated or de-identified information is not intended to identify a specific user.
For example, we may review how often a dashboard page loads, whether a payment success page is reached, or whether users encounter errors while using premium features. These reviews help us keep AuraX reliable and useful.
17. Account Controls and Deletion Requests
You may contact support to request help updating account information, closing an account, or deleting eligible account data. We may need to verify that the requester controls the account before making changes.
Some records cannot be deleted immediately if they are needed for billing records, tax compliance, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, security investigations, legal obligations, or backup integrity. When retention is required, we limit use of the retained information to those purposes.
18. Third-Party Links and Platforms
AuraX may link to app stores, payment pages, support tools, social pages, or other third-party services. When you leave AuraX or interact with a third-party checkout, that third party may process information under its own terms and privacy notice.
We encourage users to review third-party policies before submitting payment, identity, or account information to those services.
19. Accuracy of Wellness Data and Inferences
AuraX may generate summaries, streaks, progress views, aura-related outputs, wellness suggestions, or other inferences based on information entered by the user and information collected through normal service usage. These outputs depend on the quality, completeness, and timing of the information available to the system.
Because wellness patterns can be personal and context-dependent, automated or app-generated outputs should be treated as supportive digital guidance rather than factual medical conclusions. We may use feedback, error reports, and aggregated product data to improve the accuracy, clarity, and usefulness of these features over time.
16. Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@aurax.fit.
